DONGAH TIRE quality policy is “minimizing customer complaints.”
We are doing our best to develop the company and increase customer satisfaction by supplying the best quality products based on analysis of customer needs and quality control.

In order to achieve the quality policy goal, we are practicing as follows.

  • We continuously improve the effectiveness of our quality management system by complying with and implementing the standard requirements and the requirements set by our company.
  • We establish quality goals and do our best to achieve.
  • We aim to satisfy customers first by identifying their requirements and reflecting them into the quality management system.

Quality Assurance Target

Only butyl rubber tubes manufactured and sold by DONGAH TIRE have a quality assurance system and comply with the Consumer Protection Act abroad. All products due to manufacturing errors can be compensated and exchanged within the warranty period, and the compensation for defective products due to user error or negligence may be limited.

Quality Assurance Standard

  • QA period : Warranty of 2 years under the normal storage condition
  • Target : All butyl rubber tubes manufactured and sold by DONGAH TIRE
  • Compensation Criteria : Replacement or amount compensation if determined to be a manufacturing error
  • Exception
    • If the use conditions are clearly wrong by the user
    • Out of warranty period
    • Defect due to lack of air pressure
    • Poor mounting
    • Damage by Flap or Rim
    • Damage by storage or use
    • Breakage by damaged tires
    • When using tubes with different uses and specifications
    • Abnormal growth caused by fever
    • Tube partially treated for damage
  • Customer Obligations
    • In order to implement the Quality Assurance System, customers must comply with the following obligations.
      • When requesting product compensation, you must provide the defected products to the dealer or our sales representative, and provide the period of use, purpose of use, how the problem occurred, and installation environment.
  • Cautions when handling the product
    • Store products in a box and keep it in a place where it is not exposed to direct sunlight. Do not use sharp tools such as knives and hooks when handling the product box.
    • When installing the product, check and clean the flap and the inside of the tire.
    • It is forbidden to use for other than the tire size indicated on the product and box.
